birthday update #1

i rode the bus downtown, to experiance the wonderful, the beautiful, the excellent-ness that is seattle. it woz fun.. however, a strange thing happened in my travels... i met not 1, but 2 families from england. both had two parents, a son and a daughter, and they were both from sutton coldfield! wierd, eh? (for those not in the know, sutton coldfield is just northest of birmingham, and i lived just west-south-ish of birmingham most of last year.) anyway, meeting english people in seattle is always fun.

while i woz downtown, i went to my toy store, FAO Schwartz. i say "my" toy store coz i worked there as a toy demonstrator for christmas shopping season last year... (basically they payed me to play with toys) ...and today when i went in, i hadn't been in there two minutes when i woz already working again, getting people to play with toys and stuff... yeah, all my ex-co-workers were like, man, u so work here... yeah, even when i don't.
fao has a karaoke machine too, so me and jason did "steal my sunshine". it woz prime.

now i'm at Q cafe, my home away from home, and about to experiance tijauna taxi, the band performing tonite.

birthday update #2

in case anyone wondered, the rest of my birthday woz brill, went with some freinds to see an improv (theatre games) comedy show at taproot theatre co. evidentally a little bird (whose name starts with "M" and ends with "om") called taproot before i got there and let them know a birthday girl would be in the audience... and since i know lots of people there, they where more than happy to embarrass/make a spectical of me. yay. i must admitt i enjoyed it loads.

and that's me, 24. whoopi.
